Our very first piece was created somewhere around 1am on a miniature sewing machine over 6 years ago in Emma's flat in Norwich, from there we have grown and grown into a unique and lovingly run business designing new and exciting pieces. Each piece from ELB Handmade is still carefully handmade and finished by brand creator Emma.

Originally created in Norfolk, now made in Stowmarket.


When will i receive my order?
Each and every piece is handmade from scratch, which means every piece is cut, sewn and packaged by hand before it can be dispatched. We aim to have all orders ready in around 10-15 business days (Mon-Fri) from the order being placed. 
Shipping times are generally 1-3 days within the UK, international shipping times range from 7 - 14 days but can be longer if a package is held at customs. 


I don't wear traditional bras and i'm unsure on my size, what should I do?
If you're not sure on your UK bra size or clothing size just leave us a few measurements with your order and we can work from that. For bras we need your bust and underbust/rib measurement and for pants/bodysuits we need you hip and waist measurements!

I can't select a size on the item I want, is it sold out?
No, don't panic! As all of our items are limited run pieces we only have a certain amount of each available, those can be made in any size so we prefer you to let us know your sizing info later on. Before you add a product to your basket just write your sizing info into the 'Size' box, or if you miss it just message/email us with your order number afterwards!

How do I care for my pieces?
Our pieces are made with care and are designed to last, to make the most of you ELB items we recommend hand washing in warm water with a gentle detergent and allowing to air dry. Do not tumble dry, do not bleach. We also recommend avoiding fabric conditioners as they can often interfere with stretch fabrics. 

My items don't fit quite right, can I return them?
Currently we do not offer returns due to hygiene reasons and due to each item being custom made for you. We do understand though that sometimes things just aren't quite right so we do after free alterations on all items, just email us!

I've placed an order but I've changed my mind/i needed it for a specific date which has now passed - can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we do not accept cancelations as we hand make each and every item to order, once an order is placed we cannot cancel it. We also cannot accept responsibility or cancel orders for not reading item descriptions/terms and conditions regarding processing times if an item is dispatched within the stated 10-15 working days (this can be extended during busy periods such as sales).

I'm ordering from outside the UK and I am unsure how to convert my sizes, what should I do?
If you're not sure what your size will be in UK sizing please leave your sizing information along with your country of residence when checking out and we will convert it for you! Alternatively you can leave us a few measurements to work from: bust, rib, waist, and hip.
