An update from Emma...

Hi loves,

Some of you will have already seen on my newsletter that its been a tricky few months for me and this biz of mine. 

Over the next few weeks/months i'll be making some changes to the products i offer and how i offer them as i'm going to be moving the business to be part time for me. I've not quite ironed out all the details yet (and i'm open to feedback!) but i will keep you updated as i figure it all out. For now i want to give you a chance to shop the range as it is, but to do that i'm going to need to extend the processing times from 2-3 weeks to likely 4-5. Working these things out is never an exact science so i hope you can all stick with me through this change and i can keep making you beautiful undies for a little longer yet. 

My inbox is always open (all be it replies may be a little slow while i adjust to all of this) and i really appreciate your kindness throughout the years and hopefully into the future too.

ELB has been my entire life for the last 11 years so this is a huge adjustment for me, but one that will hopefully be full of exciting new things

Sizing

As everything is made in house, by Emma, all sets can be altered to fit YOU. We will happily use your regular bra and pant sizing (i.e 32C/12) to size up your order or if, like most of us, you're unsure of your sizing just pop a few measurements into the sizing box instead - Bust, rib, waist, and hip are ideal.

About us

Our very first piece was created somewhere around 1am on a miniature sewing machine over 8 years ago in Emma's flat in Norwich, from there we have grown and grown into a unique and lovingly run business designing new and exciting pieces. Each piece from ELB Handmade is still carefully designed, made, and packaged by brand creator Emma.

Originally created in Norfolk, now made in Suffolk.

Sustainability

We strongly believe in being as ethical and sustainable as possible, because our undies really don't need to be hurting the planet. We don't use any single use plastics at any point in our packaging, we recycle/repurpose all fabric scraps and we source as much as we can from UK suppliers. This review is long overdue but we’re STILL in lock down so I have no excuses. I’ve lost count of how many sets I have now but EVERY SINGLE ONE makes me feel like a goddess. No underwear has ever fit me so well and looked so god damn beautiful. Everything is so comfy, and some of it is super sexy so win win. If you’re wondering whether or not to order, don’t, add to basket. Everyone deserves to feel like I feel in these pieces!

I watched ELB on Instagram for far too long, maybe over a year before I got something from the website. Decided to do it and treat myself even tho I wasn't sure if it was going to fit me or suit me or whatever. I have to say, customer service was outstanding from the moment I messaged on Instagram to the point I got my order through. And the actual pieces are amazing. Quality wise, designed... everything. I’ve just received my order of two sets from elb handmade and I am absolutely in love with them. They are so so flattering and fit me perfectly - I’ve always struggled with finding underwear that fit me but these are perfect (I put my measurements in the sizing - such a helpful option!). The fabrics are so soft and comfy and they’re the perfect balance of sexy with class. I love them and I’m so so chuffed and thankful for how low price these are too - these have clearly been made by a very talented lady.
